UUK Review Of Part-time And Mature Higher Education - UALL Response

Posted in Government on by Admin

Part of UALL’s mission is to contribute to consultations on part-time and flexible lifelong learning. There have been several recent examples, including the European 2013 survey of lifelong learning national networks; the DBIS Part-time Stakeholder Group, and the UUK Review of Part-time and Mature HE.  In all of these UALL represents the concerns of member institutions about part-time provision and the current serious decline in provision.

Data on part-time provision are notoriously elusive, but UALL is uniquely placed to gather information on members’ part-time and lifelong learning provision and to relay this to central review groups.
