UALL is a membership subscription organisation, a registered UK charity, and is governed by a formal constitution. Each member institution nominates one or more individuals to the Council, the primary voting and decision-making body. The Executive Committee assists the Council in preparation and prioritising of agendas, and is supported by sub-committees for Research and Communications. It has a federal structure reflecting the four nations of the UK.
As well as the Executive and Council, we have convenors for our five networks. For more information of our networks please click here.
UALL is also supported by a part time Administrator and is the main point of contact for the organisation.
